Physical Capacity Coaching · Adults 40+

Human health is complex. Healthy living isn't.

You don't need more health information. You need to know what actually matters for your body, and what to ignore. Fuller Health builds the physical capacity to keep doing what you love — travel, ski, hike, golf, keep up with your kids — for the next twenty or thirty years.

The score is free. Coaching, if you want it, is CA$349 per month with a 12-week minimum — delivered remotely, wherever you live.

№ 01 The Five Principles FH / 01 — 06

Five things matter.
The rest is noise.

01

Move Well

Mobility, balance, coordination and control. If a joint cannot get into position, no amount of training will fix what happens next.

02

Get Strong

Progressive resistance training. Strength and muscle are the capacities you lose fastest after 40 and miss the most when they are gone.

03

Eat Well

Enough protein, mostly whole food, enough energy for the training you are doing. No elimination lists. No supplement stack.

04

Recover Well

Sleep, training load and stress. Fundamentals first — gadgets and protocols only once the basics are actually in place.

05

Stay Connected

Family, friends, community, purpose. Living longer is not the point. Staying able to take part in your own life is.

Everyone has only so much time. Do what matters most, do it consistently, progress it when your body demands it, and stop spending energy on the rest.

№ 02 The Score FH / 02 — 06

The Fuller Physical
Capacity Score.

One question sits underneath all of this: what do you want your body to let you do for the next twenty or thirty years? The Score tells you what is standing in the way right now. It takes about five minutes and it costs nothing.

01

What it measures

Lower-body strength, balance, walking speed, aerobic capacity, grip, sleep and recovery — scored against normal values for your age and sex.

02

What you get back

A score out of 100, a profile across each domain, and a short priority list: the one to three things worth your training time first.

03

What it is not

It is a coaching and education tool, not a medical test and not a diagnosis. Every item is included because it predicts something real, not to make the report look impressive.

№ 03 Coaching FH / 03 — 06

One programme.
Built around your week.

Not a tier menu and not a workout app. One coaching relationship, priced simply, with a minimum long enough to actually change your physical capacity.

Coaching is delivered remotely. Clients work with Fuller Health from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and elsewhere. This is fitness, exercise and health coaching — it is not physiotherapy, medical treatment or diagnosis.

Why trust
this advice.

Jonathan Fuller holds a BScKin and an MScPT. He has spent his career in clinical exercise and rehabilitation, assessing why bodies stop doing what people want them to do — and then rebuilding the capacity to do it again.

He also trains the way he coaches. Jonathan is an ultra-marathon athlete who has raced some of Canada's hardest mountain courses, which is where a lot of the theory gets tested against reality.

The credentials answer one question only: why listen. What you should judge is whether the plan makes sense for your life and whether your capacity actually improves.
